The Jaron Gallegos Agency of Farmers Insurance is on a mission to help individuals excel in their careers and live fulfilling lives. We are looking for an experienced Insurance Account Manager to manage and grow our client relationships at our office located at 7000 S Broadway Ste 1 D Centennial, CO 80122.

Annual pay range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (includes base pay, commissions, and bonus opportunities).

• Engage clients in discussions about different types of coverage
• Advocate for clients by asking tough questions that can change their future
• Resolve client issues using carrier resources
• Recommend suitable solutions to clients once licensed
• Work in a team-based environment focused on exceeding the expectations of our agents, advisors, clients, and management team
• Participate in our merit-based performance culture where employees are empowered to take charge of their careers
• Undertake special projects as assigned

• BA / BS Degree preferred
• Strong interest and ability in obtaining your Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge to problem solve, cross-sell, and upsell during each client call
• Passion for helping clients find the right solution to meet their needs
• Commitment to protecting the business against risk through offering clients appropriate coverage
• Proven work ethic with a high level of integrity
• Collaborative and resilient attitude with proven success in a fast-paced call environment
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
• Desire to continually develop personal skillsets
