Area Director of Membership Sales

Located in Atlanta, GA

Area includes Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Florida

On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $150,000

  Purpose:
  
  The Area Director oversees and motivates a team of Membership Sales Managers, working one-on-one in the field to ensure success.
• Drive Growth:
  Develop and execute membership sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Market Development:
  The Area Director partners with new and existing Membership Sales Managers to expand AMCN’s presence in assigned markets.
• Hands-On Leadership:
  Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability to ensure your team consistently meets performance expectations.
• Strategize:
  Review budgets, set sales goals, and align team priorities.
• Collaborate:
  Work directly with Membership Sales Managers in the field to support their outreach and sales efforts.
• Lead:
  Inspire your team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Grow the Market:
  Identify opportunities to expand AMCN’s footprint and strengthen community partnerships.

• High school diploma required;
  College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years similar experience in a management/leadership role preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to drive 8-10 hours at one time.
