The Sales & Partner Enablement Manager is where strategy becomes revenue. This role takes the BSL's positioning, offers, and competitive intelligence and turns it into the materials, training, and motions that direct sellers and channel partners use to actually win deals. Good strategy that never reaches the field is wasted, and this role makes sure it lands. It equips every seller and every partner to sell the right offer, the right way, to the right customer, and owns the enablement platform that scales it.
Coreresponsibilities
Enablement content. Build sales enablement assets tied to the BSL's messaging and positioning, for both direct and indirect channels, including pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and objection handling.
Sales readiness. Run enablement on ICP, pitch, messaging, and how to sell each offer, including when to pitch a pilot and when not to, and onboard new sellers to the portfolio.
Offer launches. Build and deliver the enablement package for each new offer launch so sellers are ready on day one, working from the BSL's positioning.
Partner enablement. Own indirect channel enablement, and equip partners and resellers to sell in step with partner activity as it ramps.
Platform ownership. Own the enablement process end to end, including the move to an enablement platform, and keep content organized and findable.
Adoption and feedback. Drive adoption, track what sellers actually use, and feed field insight back to the BSL. This is a build-it-and-manage-it role.
Content upkeep. Keep enablement content current as offers, pricing, and competitive intel evolve, and retire what is out of date.
What success looks like- Direct and indirect sellers have current, on-message materials they actually use.
- The indirect channel is enabled to the same standard as direct.
- Enablement runs on a managed platform and process, not ad hoc files.
