The Hanover Insurance Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast. You will lead Small Commercial Sales Managers, drive agent-to-partner conversions, and develop regional business strategies in collaboration with Underwriting and leadership.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid role. The successful candidate will have 10+ years sales leadership in small commercial insurance, strong mentoring skills, and preferably CPCU/CIC;
Bachelor's Degree required.
