We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow relationships with clients in the CPG domain. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, drive account growth, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage strategic client relationships within the CPG industry.
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and market trends in CPG.
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop tailored offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, reviews, and industry events.
- 10+ years of experience in client management, sales, or account leadership roles.
- Strong background working with CPG
- Proven track record of driving large deals and long-term account growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience with digital transformation, data, analytics, or IT services for CPG clients
