Every referral starts with a conversation — and every conversation starts with trust. We're looking for a relationship-builder who can turn a first meeting at a school or doctor's office into a lasting partnership that helps families find the care their child needs.

A Day in This Role:

• 12–15 in-person visits, aiming for 8–10 meaningful referral conversations
• Guiding new client leads from first contact through active service
• Partnering with intake teams to keep the pipeline moving accurately
• Supporting RBT/BCBA staffing and bridging field-to-HQ communication
• Cultivating long-term partnerships with schools, doctors, and community organizations
• Reporting weekly on outreach wins and pipeline progress

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have managed a referral or sales pipeline with results to show for it
• Run your own schedule with discipline and accountability
• Build trust naturally and follow through on every promise
• Know the ABA or autism/behavioral health space (a plus, not a must)
