We're building a high-performance HVAC sales team. This isn't a parts-changing job - this is for closers who can diagnose, educate, and sell on the spot.
If you can walk into a home, earn trust, and close repairs or full-system upgrades, you'll thrive here.
Pay & Benefits- $25-$35/hr base (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission on every repair and system sale
- Spiffs + performance bonuses
- $80K-$110K typical | Top closers can $120K-$150K
- Company vehicle (take home)
- Year-round steady leads
- Handle service calls with a sales-first mindset
- Present repair vs. replacement options confidently
- Close repairs and system upgrades
- Upsell indoor air quality and energy-saving solutions
- Build trust with homeowners through clear, professional communication
- 2+ years proven HVAC or home-service sales experience
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven
- you can close the deal - Comfortable presenting options and pricing
- Clean driving record & professional appearance
- EPA certification a plus, but not required
- Leads provided daily - no chasing work
- Strong marketing = full schedule
- Supportive, growing company
- Work local in Northwest Georgia (Cartersville, Rome, Calhoun, Adairsville)
