A rapidly growing, top-100-volume Ford dealership in the Atlanta Metro area is looking for experienced Sales Managers to join its team. This is a high-volume, digitally-driven store with a clear path to advancement within an expanding dealer group.

• Structure deals from the desk, with a strong working knowledge of bank programs and deal structure
• Manage secondary financing deals (roughly 20% of our business), requiring solid experience with subprime/secondary lenders
• Work in the CRM throughout the day, virtually desking deals and coaching sales staff
• Support a disciplined, volume-focused sales process

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Desk Manager at a dealership
• Ford experience strongly preferred
• Comfort with a digital-first, CRM-driven workflow
• A coaching mindset and the discipline to thrive in a high-volume environment

• Pay plan with realistic income potential of $250,000–$300,000
