The Sales Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based at the Crunch Fitness location in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for engaging prospective and current members, presenting membership options, and guiding individuals through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include greeting members and guests, responding to inquiries in person and by phone, conducting gym tours, and promoting current offers and services.

The Sales Team Member supports member onboarding, assists with basic customer service needs, and may help with light unloading or stocking of promotional materials and supplies. This position works closely with the club team to meet sales goals, maintain a welcoming environment, and uphold Crunch Fitness standards.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse members and guests.
• Customer service experience, with a focus on creating positive and supportive member interactions.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both in person and over phone or email.
• Sales skills, including comfort with presenting membership options and closing sales.
• Ability to assist with light unloading and organizing promotional materials or supplies as needed.
• Previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality environments is beneficial.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on club needs.
