Sales Representative
Location: Georgia
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000/year
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Japanese language ability required for communication
Position SummaryThis position is responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations, and supporting existing accounts. The Sales Representative works with customers, internal teams, and domestic and overseas suppliers to identify sales opportunities and provide ongoing customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business and maintain existing customer accounts.
- Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, and other customer contacts.
- Promote products, manufacturing capabilities, and services.
- Review blueprints and customer requirements to identify sourcing and manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to secure new business.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve margins.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide account support.
- Coordinate with internal departments and domestic and overseas suppliers.
- Monitor backorders and shipping schedules to support customer delivery requirements.
- Assist with orders, cancellations, adjustments, invoices, fees, and related documentation.
- Conduct customer meetings in person and virtually.
- Monitor market conditions and prepare reports as needed.
Required:
- Japanese language ability required for job-related communication with overseas suppliers and business partners.
- Experience in new business development and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sourcing or manufacturing experience in the automotive, agricultural, or construction equipment industries.
