IT Staffing Sales Manager - Hybrid Overview

Our client, a high-growth staffing firm, is expanding its Atlanta office. We're hiring a hands-on, revenue-driving leader to run a full production desk while leading and developing a small sales team. This is a true  player/coach  role focused on new logo hunting, high activity, and building a strong regional book of business across IT and Accounting/Finance staffing. This is a hybrid role onsite four days per week in Buckhead.

Own end-to-end business development for the Atlanta market with a hunter mindset and consistent outbound activity Win and grow direct client relationships through cold calling, meetings (in-person/video), and email outreach Lead  cradle-to-grave  execution for open requisitions in partnership with recruiting/delivery Maintain a strong presence in the market via onsite client visits and relationship-building Run a full production desk (perm and/or contract) while mentoring and developing junior team members Drive accountability to performance metrics (activity, meetings, pipeline, spread/margin outcomes) Contribute to culture and help raise the bar on standards and execution

4-8 years in staffing/sales who is a strong producer and ready to step into leadership Proven track record winning new logos and navigating mid-to-large accounts Experience in IT staffing and/or Accounting/Finance staffing (does not need both) Evidence-based story around production

High outbound volume Strong market activity and visibility (regular client meetings and onsite visits) Player/coach: lead while still producing at a high level

Base salary: $110K-$120K Clear upside through individual production + milestone bonuses of direct reports Path toward ~$180K-$200K in year-one on target earnings for strong performers 401(k) match and unlimited PTO
