Relay Payments in Atlanta is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow our mid-tier carrier portfolio. You’ll own customer relationships after onboarding and drive long-term satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue growth across your book.
You’ll develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, execute expansion strategies, oversee account health, manage escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support to scale the post-onboarding lifecycle.
