We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients negotiating contracts and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets This is an exciting opportunity for an Indian national looking to start their career in the United States
Salary $1500 per month plus commission
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of hotel industry trends and market conditions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitor activities
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking events trade shows and cold calling
- Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments eg marketing operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth execution of events
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including client interactions contracts and revenue reports
- Provide regular updates on sales performance to senior management
