. This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on new business development for preventive maintenance contracts with commercial clients in Atlanta, GA.
We are partnered with a leading commercial HVAC services company to help them hire for this position. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on generating new business and closing preventive maintenance contracts in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Prospect and generate leads via cold calls, networking, site visits, and events
- Identify qualified opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs
- Close new service agreements and transition clients to account managers
- Track pipeline activity and manage follow-ups through CRM
- Serve as a professional, consultative point of contact for prospects
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to align proposals with capacity and capabilities
- 2+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B setting
- Proven track record of closing self-generated business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a full sales pipeline and work independently
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Familiarity with HVAC or building systems
- Experience selling service agreements or recurring revenue contracts
- Comfortable presenting to business owners, facilities managers, or executive teams
- First year OTE: $80k-$120k
