Sales Manager - Indian​/Malayalee Nationals

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives primarily targeting the Indian and Malayalee market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

This position offers a salary of $1100 per month along with free visa and ticket for Indian Malayalee nationals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives providing ongoing training and support
• Identify new business opportunities within the Indian Malayalee market and develop relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends customer needs and competitor activities
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing operations and finance to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving company goals

• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales preferably in the Indian Malayalee market
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Good understanding of market dynamics customer needs and industry trends
• Willingness to travel as needed
