What will you do?Carpool Logistics is seeking a Sales Enablement professional to own the end‑to‑end development of our sales organization. This role combines sales enablement, training, and recruiting support to ensure we hire the right talent and set them up for long‑term success.
This individual will work closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Marketing to build scalable onboarding programs, ongoing training curriculum, and structured hiring processes that accelerate ramp time and improve performance across the company.
This is a highly cross‑functional role with direct impact on revenue, culture, and growth.
ResponsibilitiesSales Enablement and Training
You will be responsible for designing and delivering onboarding programs for new sales hires. You will work with leadership to build and maintain ongoing training curriculum for all sales roles, including the creation of sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and best‑practice documentation. You will partner with sales leadership to reinforce sales processes, messaging, and execution. You will conduct live training sessions, workshops, role‑plays, and coaching sessions, identify skill gaps and performance trends, and adjust training accordingly.
Recruiting and Hiring SupportYou will partner with leadership to define ideal candidate profiles for sales and revenue roles while supporting recruiting efforts through structured interview guides, scorecards, and role‑play evaluations. You will also participate in candidate interviews and hiring decisions as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring recruiting expectations align with real‑world sales performance and ramp requirements.
Cross‑Functional AlignmentYou will act as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership. You will partner with Marketing to ensure sales content aligns with field needs. You will create reporting to maximize performance, CRM usage, and sales tool adoption in partnership with Operations. You will assist in standardizing processes across teams and verticals to create a seamless experience for employees and clients.
Measurement and OptimizationYou will track key enablement metrics such as ramp time, training completion, and performance trends. You will use data and feedback to continuously improve hiring and training programs and document processes to ensure scalability as the company grows.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, recruiting, sales operations, or related roles
