ABM Industries is seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist (Training Specialist) to join our Sales Enablement Team. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring sales training programs that build the skills, knowledge, and behaviors our sales organization needs to succeed. The ideal candidate blends instructional design expertise, strategic thinking, and sales acumen, and is comfortable both building courses from the ground up and standing in front of a room facilitating live training.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Sales Enablement.

Pay: $95,000 – $135,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’seducation, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.
