About Injury BridgeInjury Bridge is a rapidly growing virtual healthcare services platform that operates at the intersection of patient care and the personal injury ecosystem. We partner with healthcare providers and law firms nationwide to improve access to care and deliver better outcomes for patients throughout the recovery journey.

The Role:We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers (Sales Representatives) to expand and strengthen relationships with law firms in designated markets. This is a field-based, quota-carrying role designed for individuals who understand the personal injury landscape and thrive in relationship-driven sales.
The ideal candidate brings prior experience in the personal injury industry and has an established network or book of business that can be leveraged to drive early success. In this role, you will build on existing relationships while developing new partnerships, growing referral activity, and delivering long-term value to your accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and grow relationships with law firms within your assigned territory
- Leverage existing industry relationships to drive early engagement and business development
- Identify and develop new opportunities through outreach, networking, and market presence
- Monthly firm-referred exam targets, reported across our full scorecard
- Manage the full relationship lifecycle from initial engagement through ongoing account growth including support in collection
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience for partners and clients
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity within CRM tools
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to meet or exceed performance goals
- First 30–60–90 days: ramped onto your book, Hub Spot current, and your first new firms signed and referring.
- Consistent production: reaching a consistent number of cases per month
- Growth: month-over-month increases in firm-referred volume from your accounts.
- Full-scorecard execution: onboard client on all our products
- Durable relationships: high firm retention and active accounts — a book that compounds rather than churns.
- Prior experience in personal injury (PI) sales, legal services, or a related field is strongly preferred
- An existing network or book of business within the PI community is highly valued
- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management roles
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a field-based environment
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Opportunity to join a high-growth company with strong market momentum
- Supportive, team-oriented culture
- Career development and advancement opportunities
