Position Title: Associate Business Development Representative
OverviewThe Associate Business Development Representative (BDR) identifies and engages newprospectstoidentifytheir pain and how Precisely can solve it.
Your primary duties include multi-threadedoutboundprospecting,booking qualified meetings with Account Executives,andultimatelydrivingrevenue for the organization.
- Conduct Outbound Strategic Business Development to find new potential customers and set upinitialmeetings for our sales team (Account Executives) to pursue.
You'llwork closely with those Account Executives to create these qualified opportunities.
- Conduct Strategic Business Development as part of follow-up with customers and prospects who have responded to our marketing activities (Events & Trade shows, Webinars, Ads, collateral on our website, etc.) with the objective of creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. This will often be associated with setting up an initial meeting between the prospect and the assigned Account Executive.
- Work with product marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to become knowledgeable in Preciselysproducts and services such that the Associate BDR can effectively identify customer pain tied to Preciselysvalue proposition of products and services for the right buyer profile and to communicate our product differentiation clearly and compellingly that drives interest and results in qualified leads/initial meetings. This includes mastering product training as well as sales plays.
- Ability to source contacts using various prospecting platforms such as, but not limited to,Zoom Info,Linked In Sales Navigator, Outreach,6
Sense,& more. - Maintain daily activities in Salesforce and Outreach, tracking interactions with prospects.
- Engage in recurring 1:1sessionwith your BDR Manager, as well as engage in weekly team discussions with your BDRpeers. Interact regularly with all areas ofthecross-functionalbusinesstosupport company-wide initiatives and drive suggestions forchangeor improvement.
- Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent level of education.

- Prior business development experience.
- AI fluent.

- Prospecting skills:
- Strong telephone (cold calling) & outbound emailing.
- Technology driven (tools).
- Preferred but not required - Experience using Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Zoom Info and Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Time management.
