Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Customer Account Representative to support customer relationships, account activities, and business development initiatives. Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions regarding products and services.

- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone.
- Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
- Previous customer service, sales, account support, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
