ARAC Roof It Forward is in a hyper‑growth mode in the Roofing and Insurance Restoration industry. We are looking for outside sales professionals with a track record of exceeding sales goals to drive revenue by creating leads through mostly self‑generated methods. This is a hunter‑based position, which includes the willingness to canvass neighborhoods and the ability to climb on roofs to perform a video roof inspection.

No industry experience is necessary. Just passion, energy, a positive and relentless attitude, strong listening, follow‑up, and closing skills. Proficiency with computer software, detail orientation, focus, and a team‑player mindset are required. Strong ethics, high integrity, and an uncompromising customer‑first attitude are essential.
