Job Description:

The Telguard Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by acquiring new customers, developing strategic account relationships, and expanding existing business. The role requires a highly consultative sales approach, strong relationship management skills, extensive territory management, and frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed annual revenue and sales goals and sales targets
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, outbound calling, email campaigns, webinars, and in-person meetings.
• Manage and grow existing customer and strategic account relationships.
• Maintain sales opportunities, customer activity, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales webinars.
• Collaborate with strategic accounts and support internal sales teams on account-related processes.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer events.
• Manage travel expenses and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Coordinate trade show logistics and materials.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of sales and customer support experience.
• 3 to 5 years of CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
• Experience conducting virtual sales presentations and webinars.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the security, M2M, or telematics industries.
