The iconic Glenn Hotel, a Marriott Autograph Collection property, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and execute all sales efforts for our distinctive 110-room boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Atlanta.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven sales professional who will not only develop and direct the property's sales strategy but also actively sell and maintain key accounts to maximize revenue across guestrooms, group business, and catering opportunities.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead all hotel sales efforts, including group, corporate, leisure, and local market segments.
• Prospect, solicit, and secure new business while growing existing accounts.
• Actively sell the property and maintain a personal portfolio of key accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify revenue opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, travel partners, and local organizations.
• Collaborate with revenue management, operations, and marketing teams to optimize hotel performance.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budget recommendations.
