Founding Account Executive. You own revenue from inbound and expansion: close the prospects who write in, move existing customers upmarket, and build the repeatable motion behind it. High volume, consultative, light touch. This is a doer role on a flat team.

Who you sell to

Operations managers, schedulers, dispatchers, facilities and program leads. People who run the day-to-day and need it to work. You've been one or sold to them for years.

What you'll do

• Own every sales-intent inbound within 24 hours: pricing questions, quotes, enterprise inquiries, trials. Close them, in-month.
• Work the expansion list: companies paying for multiple calendars, accounts hitting plan limits, teams adding users. Move them upmarket.
• Sell by email, video call and in-app. Demo live. No solutions engineer.
• Build the playbook from scratch: signals from Stripe and product data, upgrade triggers, a lightweight pipeline in Notion. AI-first.
• Hand closed deals to Support for onboarding and implementation. You sell; they implement.
• Turn wins into referrals, reviews and stories.

Requirements

• 4+ years closing at a self-serve SaaS company. Full cycle: you found the account and closed it.
• Carried and hit a quota. Show us the number.
• Sold $1K to $20K deals at volume.
• Built your own pipeline from product or usage data.
• Deep product fluency. You demo live and answer hard questions yourself.
• You build with AI every day because you want to.
• Based in the US, Eastern, Canada Eastern or Canada Atlantic time zone.

Expected compensation $75,000 USD base plus variable commission paid monthly on closed ARR. First 3 months variable guaranteed at 50%. Expected OTE $125,000 USD
