PositionSummary
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, performance, and execution for our Atlanta market—one of the company's largest and most strategic regions. This individual will lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of sales professionals while driving profitable revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships.
In addition to leading the sales team, the Director of Sales is expected to be an active contributor to revenue growth through personal business development. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of industry relationships and an existing book of business or have a demonstrated history of successfully developing new client relationships and generating significant new business. While supporting the growth of existing accounts across the market, this leader's primary personal sales focus will be cultivating new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
The Director of Sales is a hands‑on leader who balances strategic planning with active coaching, client engagement, and business development. This position partners closely with Operations, Production, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership to ensure exceptional service while fostering a culture rooted in our core values:

This is an on-site leadership position based in Atlanta, Georgia. Regular in‑office collaboration, client meetings, venue visits, and event attendance are essential to the success of this role.
Requirements Primary Responsibilities Lead a High‑Performing Sales Team- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular one‑on‑one coaching sessions, sales meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top‑performing sales talent.
- Develop future leaders by providing mentorship, training, and ongoing feedback.
- Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and servant leadership.
- Own the overall sales performance for the Atlanta market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive new business development while expanding existing client relationships.
- Ensure the team consistently achieves revenue, profitability, and activity goals.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and healthy pipeline across all market segments.
