The Beauty Advisor provides personalized service and expert beauty consultations while building customer relationships and driving individual and vendor sales. This in-store role supports sales goals and maintains a welcoming cosmetics counter.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships, provide beauty consultations and applications, and follow up with clients.
- Use clienteling tools to maintain customer information and preferences.
- Keep the counter clean, tidy, and welcoming while representing the brand and store professionally.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
- Successful sales experience, including a record of exceeding quota.
- Ability to provide makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
