Novoa Marketing is looking for an ambitious and motivated Entry Level Management Trainee to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in business, sales, marketing, and leadership while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of our business, including customer engagement, sales, marketing, client relations, and team development. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will have the opportunity to develop the skills needed to take on additional responsibilities and grow into a leadership position.

• Learn and execute effective sales and marketing strategies in a retail environment
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide solutions based on their individual needs
• Represent our clients and their products/services in a professional and engaging manner
• Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development activities
• Work alongside experienced team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Assist with team development and leadership responsibilities as you progress
• Learn the fundamentals of business operations, client relations, and team management

• Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
