The Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and customer service while building sales for the Guerlain product line. This in-store role focuses on client relationships, achieving sales goals, and maintaining an inviting cosmetics counter.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships, maintain client profiles, and follow up with clients.
- Provide makeup and treatment consultations and guide customers through the purchase experience.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and the vendor account executive.
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn clienteling tools.
