Inside Sales Specialist

We're looking for a motivated inside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, guiding conversations, and helping people take action during important moments. This is a 100% inside sales role focused on responding to inbound inquiries, following up with prospective clients, and helping qualified individuals move through the intake process.

You'll be provided with training, support, and the autonomy to develop your own style and approach. Success in this role comes from a combination of strong communication, active listening, a heightened sense of urgency, empathy, persistence, and a genuine desire to help people.

Whether you're an experienced closer or someone with a proven sales background looking to grow, we'll provide the tools and coaching needed to help you succeed.

This is a full-time position consisting of 40 working hours per week
. Team members will be scheduled for five 8-hour shifts per week
, with schedules falling within our operating hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST
.

To support client demand and business operations, candidates must have open availability Sunday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time
.

• Employees work 40 hours per week across five scheduled shifts
• Schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends based on business needs (You can have a set Schedule, does not have to be rotating or floating)
• At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) will be included in the schedule
• Saturday or Sunday shifts will be worked remotely
• Weekday shifts will be worked onsite from our Sandy Springs office

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Actual schedules will be assigned based on business needs.

• Proven success in inside sales, intake sales, or consultative phone-based sales roles preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to build trust quickly and guide productive conversations
• Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and follow-ups simultaneously
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

• 2+ years of inside sales, phone sales, call center sales, or intake experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Experience with CRM systems preferred

Atlanta – Sandy Springs, GA

$55,000 – $65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Benefits
