Summary
The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor builds customer relationships through excellent service, product knowledge, and sales of in-store and online merchandise. The role provides makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and current trend advice while maintaining an engaging merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless, welcoming, and enjoyable in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology effectively.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
- Provide makeup lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and trend guidance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience required; cosmetics experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
