As a key member of our laboratory team, you will:

• Perform complex chemical analysis on raw ingredients, intermediates, beverage parts, final products, auxiliary materials, and water.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, ensuring they are in optimal condition through troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair.
• Inspect laboratory procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external certification requirements, addressing any non-conformance issues.
• Dispose of expired samples and chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Develop or validate laboratory test methods to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
• Conduct data audits to verify the accuracy of data and analytical processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced analytical chemistry skills, including expertise in techniques such as LC, LC/MS, and MS.
• General knowledge of the organic chemistry of essential oils and flavor compounds.
• Experience with instrumentation and laboratory equipment maintenance.

• Knowledge of data in the Formula Management System and proficiency in entering and generating reports.
• Understanding of inorganic substances and their properties, especially those used in Company products.
• Open to fresh graduates with a strong foundation in chemistry.
