Job Summary
The School of Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) is seeking to hire a Senior Research Scientist who will play a key role in supporting and advancing several active research projects.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Research Scientist will work collaboratively with faculty and research teams to conduct and support research in machine learning theory, including optimization and robustness in scientific machine learning. Key areas include physics-informed modeling and learning in settings with noise or weak supervision, with a focus on advancing the understanding of deep learning performance at the intersection of theory and practice.
Required Qualifications- Master's degree with seven (7) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree
- Master's degree with nine (9) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree
- Doctoral degree with four (4) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree
Doctoral degree with four (4) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree.
