As a Security Officer - Roving Patrol in Atlanta, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location. You will perform routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, assist tenants and visitors with a customer-first approach, and communicate clearly while documenting observations.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and customer assistance at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and building systems as assigned, and report irregular activity, damaged property, and/or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, and/or fire-related alarms, and coordinate with emergency responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and activity logs, document patrol findings and incidents, and support security-related investigations by preserving observations and relevant information.

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
