Learn more:  As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will perform routine mobile patrols and perimeter checks, complete detailed activity reports, and help to identify and respond to security-related concerns.

This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, with time spent on vehicle patrols and visible presence across the property. You will deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and teamwork, always acting with integrity.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property concerns.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access issues, disturbances, and/or alarm conditions per post orders.

+ Monitor access points and observe site activity, verifying identification and/or credentials when required and directing visitors to appropriate destinations.

+ Document patrols, incidents, and/or unusual observations in written reports and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

* + Be 21+ years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Have 5+ years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
