• Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  1st Shift, Monday – Friday (weekends off)
• Job Type: Full-time

• Team Leadership:
  Supervise, train, and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure elite service standards.
• Concierge Excellence:
  Provide a 5-star welcome to tenants and VIP guests; manage the front desk with professionalism and grace.
• Access Control:
  Monitor CCTV, badge systems, and visitor management software to ensure only authorized personnel enter the tower.
• Emergency Response:
  Act as the primary on-site lead during fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement and EMS.
• Reporting:
  Maintain detailed daily logs, incident reports, and staff schedules for the Property Manager.

• Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of security experience, preferably in a supervisory or leads role within a corporate or high-rise setting.
• The Look: A polished, professional appearance suitable for a corporate lobby environment.
• Tech Savvy:
  Ability to comfortably navigate security software, G-Suite/Microsoft Office, and modern CCTV systems.
• Communication:
  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can de-escalate a situation with words and write a clear, concise report.
• Transportation:
  Must have reliable transportation (your own vehicle).
