Job SummaryResponsible for overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors-accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
Oversee daily screening and access control operations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure secure facility entry.
Supervise, schedule, and evaluate screening personnel; provide ongoing training and enforce compliance with security and appearance standards.
Conduct and monitor security inspections, including , bag checks, body scans, and ETD screenings.
Respond to and document security incidents, alarms, and emergencies while maintaining clear communication with management.
Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and inspections to support security compliance and performance tracking.
Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED.
Possess a valid Driver’s License.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
Preferred QualificationsTwo years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.
Physical requirementsMust be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
Working conditionsMust be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
