Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and healthcare facility protocols for staff, patients, and visitors.;
Control access at designated entrances by verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor check-in and badging, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.;
Monitor entry points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels, and document unusual activity per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical campus emergencies, disruptive behavior, and access issues, and notify appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity, and complete patrol logs and reports.
