IHG Hotels & Resorts - Up to $17.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Patrol and inspect assigned areas, monitor surveillance cameras, secure doors, and assist guests with room access and escorting when needed.;
Investigate loss and safety incidents, document reports, and coordinate with police, fire departments, and corporate teams.;
Assist in training employees on current safety and security issues and ensure security equipment is maintained and ready for the next day.;
Respond promptly to guest-related incidents and questions to ensure strong guest satisfaction and safety.;
Perform other duties as assigned and coordinate with other hotel departments.
