Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Coverage

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor customer and employee activity, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and report concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.;
Support access control and closing procedures, assist with de-escalation during customer-related issues, and help maintain order throughout the location.
