Patrol premises, monitor entrances, control access, and respond to calls, alarms and emergencies;
Record incident reports for police, fire, and internal departments to assist in case evaluation or defense;
Check guests in and out and manage wake-up call requests;
Investigate loss and safety incidents and comply with laws and hotel procedures;
May administer CPR and coordinate with EMS/medical personnel as required
