• Ability to lead and direct officers during assigned shifts when needed.

• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must have a clear criminal record.
• Must comply with all uniform, grooming, and appearance standards as a condition of employment.
• Must adhere to attendance and call-out policies, including proper notification procedures.

• Engage with tenants, guests, and clients to create a positive and professional experience.
• Enforce property code of conduct and site-specific rules.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and property management as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 3 years of prior security experience; 1 year of supervisory experience (Required).
• Hospitality or customer service experience (Preferred).
• Valid driver's license (Preferred).
