Thursday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Friday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance‑related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in alignment with property guidelines and post instructions.
- Complete routine reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or property conditions, and relay relevant information during shift changes and to Allied Universal leadership.
- At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
