Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and lobby/exterior activity and assist with visitor inquiries and after-hours access requests;
Report observations and issues through appropriate channels
