• Sat: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
• Support emergency and after-hours operations by remaining prepared to respond to alarms, calls for assistance, and other security-related concerns while following Allied Universal standards and site protocols.

• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
