Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, security-related concerns, and/or property issues.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe site conditions, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.;
Complete routine reports and documentation related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or observations, and follow Allied Universal post orders and site-specific guidelines.
