Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter zones;
Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disruptions to normal business operations;
Complete routine reports and activity logs, noting incidents, observations, and/or patrol findings in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific expectations;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating updates to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed
