Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed, and support visitor management processes for a dynamic tech, media, or telecom location;
Communicate with site contacts, employees, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, policy questions, and other security-related matters
