Security Officer Armed Route Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, public officials, and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and document observations, incidents, and/or policy-related issues in accordance with site expectations.;
Support public-facing operations by assisting with directions, maintaining a professional presence, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity through appropriate channels.
