As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, helping to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and responding to security-related incidents as they arise. You will help to deter unwanted activity through your presence and attention to detail, while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.

This is an armed post, requiring a valid armed guard card/license and at least six months of experience in armed security, law enforcement, and/or military roles. Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous first point of contact.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor logs, incident reports, and other security-related documentation.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters and site activities.
Support emergency response activities as needed, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information relevant to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
Must have at least 6 months of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
