Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol – Atlanta, GA

You will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as government. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‐related incidents, and support access awareness and public interactions. This role offers the opportunity to serve with integrity, reliability, and teamwork while delivering caring, professional communication in a dynamic environment.

• Tues: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM
• Wed: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Thur: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Fri: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Sat: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while carrying out security procedures, site‐specific policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, permissions, and identification in accordance with site procedures while supporting a professional presence.
• Assist with emergency situations, alarms, evacuations, and requests for assistance while following post orders and applicable use of force guidelines.

• At least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Eligible to be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
